Ottica Michele Volpinari recognizes unsatisfied customers the termination right pursuant to current regulations without any penalty or written explanation.
Only consumers can exercise such a right; purchases made in connection with enterprise or professional activities, that is to say made through VAT registration number, do not have such a possibility.

Should the termination right be presented via fax at 0549/901804 or via e-mail through the relevant contact form, it should be confirmed through recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery at the above mentioned address within the next 48 hours.
Important. To exercise the termination right, include the details of a bank or post account to receive the new crediting due (CIN code, ABI code, CAB code, Account number, Account holder).

Upon arrival in our warehouse, goods will be examined to assess any damage not connected with the shipment.
After having checked the integrity of the goods, we will credit again the sum already paid through bank transfer in the account you communicated to our Client Service
The refund concerns only the product’s price and will be paid no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned goods upon which you have exercised the termination right.
The sole charges to be paid by the Client are those concerning the return of the product.
Consumers can’t exercise the termination right upon tailor-made or personalized products or upon products which, according to their nature, can’t be returned or rapidly deteriorate or change.
Ottica Michele Volpinari delivers its products throughout Italy, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City, Europe Union, USA, Canada and Mexico.
The charges are calculated according to the weight and the size of the parcel and according to its destination; however, the charges will be calculated and displayed in the trolley upon confirmation of the order.
Shipment in Italy, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City
For parcels which weight less than 2 kilos, shipment charges are fixed at € 9,20; for parcels which weight between 2 and 5 kilos shipment charges are fixed at € 10,40.
If possible, shipments which exceed 5 kilos or are particularly bulky will be divided into different shipments which do not exceed the said limits or forwarded as a whole through courier: charges and cash on delivery, if required, will be calculated in the trolley based on the purchased product.
Shipment will occur through MAIL BOXES Etc courier.
Cash on delivery: € 5.80 for orders whose value is less than 500.00 euro, 8.00 € until 1000.00 euro; for orders having a higher value, cash on delivery will be 1% of the said amount.
Shipment in Europe Union
For parcels which weight less than 1 kilos, shipment charges are fixed at € 23,10.
If possible, shipments which exceed 1 kilos or are particularly bulky will be divided into different shipments which do not exceed the said limits or forwarded as a whole through courier: charges and cash on delivery, if required, will be calculated in the trolley based on the purchased product.
Shipment in USA, Canada and Mexico
For parcels which weight less than 1 kilos, shipment charges are fixed at €32,32.
If possible, shipments which exceed 1 kilos or are particularly bulky will be divided into different shipments which do not exceed the said limits or forwarded as a whole through courier: charges and cash on delivery, if required, will be calculated in the trolley based on the purchased product.

Ottica Michele Volpinari, unless stock availability (see above), reserves two working days to find goods, to package them and to deal with the necessary administrative procedures. The delivery time should also be calculated; terms and formalities vary according to the courier..
Delivery will be made to the street number indicated on the ground floor, there is no delivery service involving the upper floors.
Should delivery not succeed, goods will be returned to Ottica Michele Volpinari and all the charges linked to the non-delivery will be deducted from the refund concerning the paid charges.
When the courier delivers the goods, the client/consumer has to check that the parcel is intact, not damaged or wet and pursuant to the standard characteristics of a parcel

Any complaint has to be immediately raised to the courier; otherwise the product is intended to be delivered well. Starting from the moment the consumer and/or client receive damaged goods or return goods to the courier, they act solely toward the courier.
The courier is also responsible for any delay in the delivery.
In such cases, Ottica Michele Volpinari is free from any responsibilitiy due to losses or damage occurred to the goods starting from the moment they are delivered by the courier.

The description of payment to use is: order number, name and surname of the customer.
Currently, the amount paid through bank transfer is credited in the account of the beneficiary not before 3/5 working days from the date of the said payment.
Before making the payment it is necessary to inquire the Client Assistance Service about the availability of the goods.
If within 8/10 days from the execution of the order we will not receive the payment, we will cancel the said order.
Cash on delivery
PBy cash on delivery we mean a cash payment made upon delivery.
It is available only for orders by Italy, Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City.
The courier will only accept exact sums, corresponding to the amount of the order (it is not possible to have change).
Payments through cheques or post price lists are not admitted.
The purchaser can’t include lying statements in the registration form necessary to execute the said contract and to activate further communications; personal data and e-mails should be truthful.
The consumer and/or client authorizes Ottica Michele Volpinari and commit themselves to provide, upon request, copy of valid identity papers.
Failure to comply with the papers’ request authorizes Ottica Michele Volpinari to terminate the contract due to breach.
The client relieves Ottica Michele Volpinari of any responsibility coming from the issue of tax records which are incorrect due to mistakes in the data provided by the Client, being the Client the sole responsible for the correct insertion.
The client commit themselves, upon conclusion of the on-line purchase procedure, to print and retain these general terms and conditions which they have already read and accepted as a compulsory step to purchase a product, and to print the characteristics of the purchased product.
The above mentioned payment’s warranty is very important and the customer’s default of payment will cause the termination of the contract without the need of any forensic eloquence, unless the right of Ottica Michele Volpinari to sue for damages.
Ottica Michele Volpinari can terminate the contract provided that written communication accompanied by proper explanations is sent to the customer and/or client; the client can only exercise the right to ask for the refund of the paid amount.
